Punctuality of some very important intercity trains in SER has downgraded in last few years. Very poor punctuality

Punctuality of these above intercity trains of KGP Divn is very poor iin last few years. SER needs to rethink fast on how to improve their punctuality. Many trains loosing passengers due to poor punctuality. Specially, HWH-DGHA Kandari Exp, Aranyak Exp loosing passengers very fast due to poor punctuality.
Another important premium train of SER, HWH-CSMT Duronto Exp , is loosing patronage due to poor punctuality in last 2 years. Due to huge delays, this train runs almost empty after BSP, TATA. Kolkata bound passengers avoiding this train and going by flights to Mumbai, Pune. SER, RB needs to think about it seriously i think.
