I don't think so because RM has directly denied regarding Dhanbad - Delhi train few days back due to heavy track pressure. New train can be expected after increasing the railway lines only.
By decreasing the lie over at SMVB, a new dedicated train can go to Hyderabad from Dhanbad on the path of 17006.

Waise ek baat toh hai, Varanasi Prime Minister Constituency bas naam ki reh gayi hai. Ban-ne ke baad bhi kitni trains idhar udhar chali gayi.
Isse achha toh Dubey Ji ne apna area sambhala hua hai ЁЯШВ, at least ek train ka bhi ab tak Asansol extension nahin hua ЁЯШВ
