Anti fog safe device is only provide location of signals not showing their aspects like red, yellow or green. Hence loco pilot has to be running train with restricted speed and manually look signal aspect and run train by this.
So, when schedule of train made with mps of 130 / 110 kmph and train running on 60 kmph speed so how does schedule of train follows. And when train bunching started at morning / noon time there are more delays there.

Anti fog devices are already developed lately and in recent times they are getting updates and media houses shows them as next gen achievement. Like we have new updates are better display, real time speed, distance of next signal, type of signal (home, outer, etc.), signal distance shout out, integration with GPS in real time, etc.
When KAVACH will be installed then we can have next signal aspects inside loco cab. Also speed detection, automatic braking, automatic slowdown as per signal aspect, etc. will be there.
