Yes , i am sure but railways will not accept this proposal because earlier railways rejected the extension of 22481/82 upto Haridwar.
No the section is almost 242 kms from GKP to bbk in NER so this is a very small fraction for it.Work is going on steadily but still will take some time as IBS and fencing works are still in progress.Track strengthening work is in advance stages.

Extensions doesn't harm anyone, Charminar got extended till TBM, It still has to pass through MS, Which is in the core city. But in this case CHZ is in the Outskirts, and the station got very poor connectivity.
Can't this train be terminated at Lingampalli?
Stabling lines are not enough in lingampalli to terminate more trains.

As NER, is running a special train between AMH/azamgarh to DLI/Old Delhi as 05101.. but it's not updated on IRI
Same numbers are being reused every year for various trains. Soon iri will run out of XXXs to add to old trains of same number or it will become too long.
Need to come up with a better system.
