STP-PBE-CH-MB is branch line and not upgraded yet to speed up to 110 KMPH , normally an Mail /Express train takes min. 3 hours from Moradabad to Bareilly Via Chandausi, while trains running via Moradabad-RMU takes 1.30 hours to reach bareilly and GKP already demanding Rajdhani and Vandebharat trains to reduce travelling time for DLI.
