Of the three proposals, I frequently suggested a train to Udaipur from Deoghar or Jamshedpur on Dubey ji's Facebook page.

I suggested extending the Udaipur-Patna Howrah Superfast Express to Godda or Deoghar, as it mostly runs vacant except during festivals.

I never thought it would even be considered.

The existing Ananya Express has almost no quota from Jamshedpur to Jaipur and Udaipur. Therefore, a dedicated train was needed.

If a new train is available, it will go via KG line only if the Nawada Tilaiya section (15 km) double line is completed. The line is completed, only NI work remains. Even now, many trains are cancelled on the KG line, so the NI work and CRS inspection should have been completed by the DNR division. But it's not known when it will happen.
