Yeah, autos/e-rikshaws are available. City buses are also plying if you exit from the civil lines side, but they are usually running jam packed due to the devotees. Fares are ₹20 for both, but I'm not sure.
Note that two days after and a day before the major snans, you can exit PRYJ only from the Civil Lines side, and crowds will be humongous and you won't find any public transport.

What about PCOI to Civil Lines i am reaching on 11th Feb which is Restricted date as on 12th magh purnima snan or should i deboard at BDL
Agar aap snan ke liye aa rahe hain Mishraji, to I'll suggest ki deboard and reach Civil Lines on 11th itself. Because autos and Kumbh Shuttles will be plying that day.
13th, 14th Jan ko Civil Lines se Sangam tak no vehicle zone tha. Uss din PRYJ par entry bhi rok di thi shayad, due to crowd. On upcoming snans, they'll do the same. You'll have to walk on foot.

2019 mein with lugguge aa gaya tha aur bada pachhaya tha iss liye iss baar Ghar jakar vapis aaunga 12 ko , agar chingi change vala scene rahega to BDL yaa BSB chala jaunga at least vaha se aaram se to aa jaunga
ZBTT has completely destroyed this train, Once called "King of overtaken" from NDLS to CBE now runs 3 to 4 hours late every day and reach TVC at midnight spoiling the purpose of the train. The train has PM at TVC , SM at NDLS

Yes fog is the reason for most of delay but TT can somewhat help it, This train gets delayed even at non fog season - so weird. Its no more the same old Kerala express
Current TT is actually Good if Controllers can ensure punctuality
Current 12626 TT is not good, the old departure was good but they dont wanna keep the train in NDLS for 20 hours so they changed it in ZBTT , now the train is completely ruined.
Very rightly said this train was once King of Overtakes, after ZBTT this train is totally ruined. It's not just in winters or fog if you look it at any month or any week 12626 Kerala Exp would be rescheduled from New Delhi even when the arriving train is late by 1 & half hours. There is literally no turnaround time. Whoever planned ZBTT for this train just did the rescheduling for 12626 Kerala Exp from NDelhi without doing any major changes in the timings of 12625 Kerala from Trivandrum.
