First of all , no Shramik trains landed up in wrong places. They were diverted via long route due to congestion

No, air-conditioning of trains is not centralised. Each coach has two AC units mounted at either ends of the roof.
Absolutely right.All ac trains are equipped with centralized ac.No trains are equipped with special ..... for covid19.If anyone get infected then the whole coach will suffer.Few days ago travelled in covid19 rajdhani special. At night the ac was turned off and everyone starts suffocating.Maintenance are not up to the mark.Its very risky for us to travel in this situation
