Happy journey dude it's your money you have every right to spend it in any legal way you like.
There are normal M/E trains with GS and SL coaches which btw IR are increasing now and also they are running special trains with lots of SL and GS coaches for those who can't afford AC fares.
The fact is only because of people like you travel in AC coaches and premium trains and freight trains running that Railways are able to subsidise SL and GS passengers.

by the way not every person travelling in AC coaches is rich. Here in Goa migrants from UP, Bihar, WB, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Odisha, etc work double and sometimes even triple shifts, do part time work when in addition to main work enjoy a great life in Goa like chicken and alcohol party every Sunday and many of them even aspire to travel in AC coaches when they go to their native places every year. They do the hard work earn and spend it without cribbing.
