I can't believe that fare required between Lucknow to Kanpur (71 KM) will be тВ╣85.

After GST it will rounded to Rs 90. Vande Metro is an AC MEMU train so the fare is justified upto 100km. Even non AC bus cost Rs 70-100. If they are able to cover 71km in 1.5hrs or less it's a reasonable fare.
