Pappu ji demanded Rail coaching complex at PRNA or Ranipatra, when he met NFR/GM last month. But NFR GM clearly said to him that KIR, JBN are 2 coaching depots near PRNA, so yaha another pitline possible nahi hai.
I think that's the reason ECR is also not approving pitline at PRNC.

Pappu yadav has capability to get the demands converted but that should be feasible at least. Demands of amrapali vaishali will end up with nothing in the bag of seemanchal.
