Ohh just based on passenger amenities definitely NCR Prayagraj div falls behind even Kanpur Central and Prayagraj Jn are now getting decent passenger amenities. If they actually start working on third line they automatically have to redesign and rework all the intermediate stations giving them new looks and amenities just like the whole section of NZM-Agra-Jhansi is getting.

more... only two trains just halt there and both being passenger, So I can't say anything against NER station building, although last time I did visit like 2 years ago Hathras City station wasn't in the good condition, it was short, with broken benches and lots and lots of stray animals and buildings so close that it felt like you can touch them, how much has the station changed?
Mathura being neglected was only based on that many trains don't halt at Mathura Jn even though it has such a high passenger movement, with even few premium trains getting halt at Mathura it can also bypass Agra Cantt (maybe)
