Total 8 rakes of 20C are rolled out and 7 are up running in different routes. 8th Rake NGP SC 20C replaced with 8 coach of SCR is not alloted to any route and resting now as per the circular issued on Dec 28th. VSKP SC 20 coach rake is sent directly from ICF Chennai as brand new rake.

Ok. But that's what was released in press. But as you say when I checked sc-ngpfor tiday it is showing 1000 seats vacant means it is running with 20 coach. In that case one rake might be kept buffer stock I guess.

Tiruppur is a significant industrial hub in Tamil Nadu, primarily known for its textile and garment manufacturing sector. There are lots and lots of cotton spinning mills, factories for manufacturing cotton garments, like innerwear etc done from many years and generates significant GDP and income. the abovesaid industries. Moreover Kanyakumari Island exp(only one side halt given) and TVC mail for local people connectivity were skipping tiruppur as Tiruppur was very big city as well and has population of 7 Lakhs as well. People were criticised like SR is acting step mother treatment for trains giving halts in Tamilnadu and in Kerala many halts were given owing to demand etc. Because of this many were forced to deboard at Erode or Coimbatore.

I am not creating any controversies here, just after seeing it I am very shocked to see it why so these important trains skiping tiruppur, also dont compare tiruppur like prayagraj etc where already connecting and dedicated trains like prayagraj exp there to serve while some major trains skip there.

I do support stoppings of all above trains in TUP. Only premium RAJ/Duronto should skip TUP like TCR only skipped by duronto. TVC mail, Island, HWH ERS antodaya, Gurudev, Himsagar should be given stoppages of 2 mins as soon as possible.
