SCR for SC-TPTY VB replacing it with KCG-YPR VB it's for sure and the SR one rake for MAQ-TVC another maybe for MAS-MYS/MS-NCJ replacing 16C with MAS-CBE VB or a new VB from MAS to SC & SWR for either MYS-MAS(20633) or a new VB from SBC to ERS.
I hope so VB rake for SCR should be given to TPTY VB, present TPTY VB rake should be transferred to YPR VB. And YPR VB rake should be transferred to TPTY. A New VB should start between Tirupati and Kakinada. It's just my opinion, which would be beneficial to passengers and devotees to Tirupati.
No proposal of MAS VB so far. PUNE VB is yet to be inaugurated.
It's good that Southern Zones got new rakes but I strongly think that WR needed two of these rakes for GNC-MMCT-ADI pairs which would inturn give southern zones 2 16C VB set upgrading there 8C trains.
Yes WR also requires 2 20C VB for converting those two adi/gnc - mmct VB and reverse VB it gets huge pax and urgently required upgradation to 20C
