We have booked ticket for My wife from Yeswanthpur to Jaipur(Train Number 573, Timing 10:45 AM). Travel date is 15 April 014. When we booked that time it was at current waiting 59. As per the Indian railway guidelines normally, train chart will be prepared before 4 hours of departure. but if train is departuring before afternoon 12PM then normally chart will be prepared one day earlier in nights but they have create chart in Morning due this complete one day we are in confusion whether we need to take any alternate option or we need to wait for chart. Due to this we are in completely mental pressure what to do because my wife had PhD exam on 18 April in Jaipur. Complete night we are not able to sleep properly due to this delay. On Morning we got message that your seat is confirm, finally we are happy without...

thinking yesterday's mental pressure. It is a special summer train and they have given expected arrival time is 10:35 am on 17 Tuesday, but while travelling she found that train is running almost 6-8 hours late because it is special train. I have checked the old trends of this train also and found that every time this trains runs late. Reason I do not know might be it is special trains hence they are not giving priority on the other normal routine trains. I have checked some more special trains and all are running late. If it is correct then do not need to provide any estimation arrival date and time. So that customer will not get any wrong expectation. If it was disclosed earlier it self then we do not book this ticket. Might be we will take routine trains or flight. Hence I like to give complain against Indian railway for giving wrong information. If they will give correct information then we will not get any mental pressure and I think this is issue not only I have faced it, many of us have faced this issue.

you must know that special train runs mostly late nearly 4 to 8 hours. it is the specialty of Indian railways. They fool passenger by charging Super Fast rates and running it like Passenger Train, thus earning 200% on these trains.

There has recently been a lot of frustration among RFs when their Station Pics, Loco Pics, Train Pics get rejected because the "number is not showing", "shed is not visible", the loco/train is at a distance, Train Board is too small, "better pic available", etc. . To address this issue, effective tomorrow, ALL...
