Grievance Description : Hello Sir, On 16th April I was on a short journey between Vindhyachal(BDL) and Mughalsarai(MGS).When deboarded train at MGS I purchased a bottle of Rail Neer from IRCTC Registered Stall,On bottle it was printed Rs 15/- but the vendors were selling it on Rs 18/- Also purchased a pack of kurkure costing Rs 15/- but they charged Rs 20/- For that may i know why they are overcharging ? many peoples are complaining about the same this was my second experience when i was overchgarged at MGS despite of being a ECR Divisional HQ services are not at all up to the mark. Please reply soon as possible and please throw some light on this overcharging done at Stalls thanks
