Rather I think that if a Shatabdi is run upto New Coochbehar with the timings with reverse the timings of the present shatabdi,it will be huge hit.That can be run with the old ICF rakes easily available or the rakes of HWH-NJP AC EXPRESS.The RSA need to be cancelled with YUVA EXP.yuva can be given a dedicated 2a,3a combo.That will cover extensive areas of NBengal(Jalpaiguri,Alipurduar,Bamanhat,Dinhata,Maynaguri,Falakata),Lower Assam(Dhubri,Bongaigaon districts).
