Few days back I travelled in this train from New Delhi to Katihar it ran perfectly till Allahabad and reached Allahabad on time. Halted at Allahabad for 20 minutes. Had a chat with Loco Pilot there just to enquire whether I would reach Katihar on time or not The driver told that minimum 5 hours delay at Katihar on asking the reason for delays he told Chunar k bad se Mughalsarai train ko nehin leta hai or fir Mughalsarai k bad se train Bhagwan Bharose chalta hai. The same happened an ontime train was halted for 1 hours 30 minutes at Mughalsarai outer and reached Mughalsarai 2 hours late after that 30 minutes halt at Mughalsarai a classical slow passenger train run started right after the departure from Mughalsarai. Pathetic coach conditions, torn seats no maintenance water was filled at Allahabad only. This train is Sampark Karanti by name only reality...

is this serves as a slow passenger train after Mughalsarai. After kanpur too much train crossings Average 4-5 trains within 15 minutes and Allahabad-Mughalsarai is a total trap of trains. Trains, Trains and Trains everywhere. My train overtook too many freight trains between Kanpur-Mughalsarai.
After Mughalsarai not much crossings and no speed. Samparkh Karanti was running like a slow passenger.
