Everyone loves LHB coaches or ICF coaches but hardly anyone knows the production side.... what actually is done and how the coaches are produced..what are the types of tests are performed before producing coaches....
So I am sharing some information here....about the tests...
1.Destructive test under this IMPACT and FATIGUE TEST
2.Non Destructive tests all other tests involving static forces...
3.Aero...
more... Dynamics test
and you will be wondered after knowing that FATIGUE or CYCLIC is very dangerous...each and every part which is subjected to faltigue load or cyclic load fails very early than that in the case of static loads.....
In the Fatigue Test--.
tracks,rail wheels,coach structures,shock absorbing springs.berths,and many more...
SO I am sharing some pics related to Fatigue tests..
if any correction is needed..feel free to say..you all are welcome...
