You can do bulk booking. Contact the CRS at your nearest PRS with a requisition letter and details of all passengers. Get the attestation from CRS and book at PRS. Getting all in same coach is subject to availability.

If you book from PRS counter, you can ask them to book in same compartment. They do have preferance to book in same compartment

Look you can formally take your consent to CRS then it will be done or by plain usual method. But getting 60 seats in a single coach is vulnerable and according to me is possible at times but may not be possible too.
