You were excited because you are staying in Bengaluru. Think of people in enroute, who can see the train but cannot board, just because it does not stop anywhere and you are required to pay premium fares for no fault of yours.
Agree with you, only about the stoppages. It would be more useful if it stops at the stations enroute. I hope it would be converted to normal superfast after reviewing the occupancy stats. And hope your frustration would be blown off soon. But until then, I still have a direct connection to Katra. Not stopping at intermediate stations cannot control my excitement.

Lovely Snap but I am thinking about the loco pilots' condition since there is no toilet facility in these dippys as of now. Premium trains will run non-stop for hours between two stations and there is an absence of proper timings regarding eating and even attending nature's calls for these LPs... a Secunderabad - Nagpur Run would be taxing for them :-(
