12817-18/12873-74 treated like hell in NCR and NR . From Hatia it departs 100% ontime . Till in ser/ecr chopan / mughalsarai it is ontime . but soon it enters ncr the baised attitude of controllers begin . 4+ hour late at allahabad , 5+ hours late at kanpur . 7-8 hour late at Anvt . I don't know how priority decided in NCR . A train with limited stop made to run 6 to 8 hour late on regularbbasis . While other trains on same route which only halt at allahabad and kanpur are far better than this .
Since it reaches late at anvt so rescheduled .

in retrun the same treatment by NR too . it took 3-4 hours to reach chipyana buzurg . then after that had good run till kanpur as it is running just behind shram shakti exp . I don't understand the train had next halt at kanpur made to crawl in NR and made to give PASS 10 to 15 trains .
Then after kanpur to allahabad it take 4-5 hrs to cover 194 km. By this time train is late by 7 hours minimum . Then for loco change of 12874 it halted for 1 to 1.5 houts after that 3 hours to reach chunar for12818 and 4 hours to reach mughalsarai . And then by how much delay it left NCR it reaches with same delay at destination which is Hatia .
I feel for the delay NCR is 90% responsible and 10% NR .
