I have tried to book the ticket from irctc side on 21.04.2010 from Parbhani to Nasik road in seelper cass at the time of booking the availability shown is 3 and i have booked the three trickets, while making the payment there is problem on internet the error message i dont remember, but my ticket is not booked
Then i tried to book the same ticket then the availabity shown is RAC1, so i confirm my earlier booking is confired but it is not shown in my booking history, and the bank debited the amount to my account.

have wail for one day so see the confirmation on by booking. On the next day I see the booking histroy the ticket is not shown. So I furter booked ticket on 22.04.2010.
Kindly inform us what is happed, shall a get the refund for the ticket which is not showing in my booking histroy page.
