In some ways, what you say is right. However, we intend this site to be more like Yahoo Answers for railways. There are many people with everyday serious problems related to railways/reservation/travelling/train status, and they are looking for real answers, not just social conversation. We intend for our regular user community to help them by giving specific answers, to the best of our abilities. That way, we can as well feel somewhat happy for having helped someone in real need. Thanks.
