Demands related to Indian Railways Cadre formation level
Seniority of Group ‘B’ to be merged at All India Level
Time bound promotion at Group ‘B’ level of IT officers( The bar of eight years should be removed)
Demands at RCF Level
At least one month training in a year to all IT supervisors to acquire skills in fast changing IT scenario
Cabins to all IT supervisors engaged in programming for concentrated and sound free atmosphere.
Monthly allowance for purchase for IT magazine to know about latest trends. This will benefit in using advanced knowledge in day to day working.
