Not tool long you can take auto and can reach in 10-15 mins max...Since its Saturday night 10 PM traffic won't be much.

Ok from Dadar to Vileparle means locals will be bit crowded don't know whether you will be able to handle the rush or not...Else you can take cab from Dadar to Airport direct could cost you around 200 bucks...

take an andheri train, try avoiding borivali or virar trains from dadar
at 10 pm andheri train may help you, you may travel in the luggage if you wish so with the suitcase (dont know if a luggage ticket is reqd along with your normal ticket)
Also do not board a fast train, it wont halt at vile parle, as such all trains have automated announcements for next stations except a few it would be advisable to ask copassengers, about the halts as they pass, vileparle is next to santa cruz fyi......

however andheri trains after 10 pm seem to be rare at dadar, you may take a borivali slow train
from vile parle station get down to the east side you should get autos there mostly for the airport
