REFUND for TATKAL confirmed ticket cancellation
I read many different posts and railway rules on internet.
I see that there no refund (ZERO refund)on the cancellation of the confirmed ticket.
The Indian Railway should modify this rule and provide some return to the people who cancel their confirmed tatkal ticket.

sir whatever u said is very true but present rules for Tatkal and normal booking should be more strict
Because "Dalals" everytime find out new ways of looting peoples and because of this common peoples never gets Confirm tickets specially tatkal. Present rules is ok it should not be change.
