The Indian Railways is set to launch a facility through which customers can cancel their train tickets by just making a telephone call. The facility is expected to be operational next month. According to a senior railway official, one can simply dial 139 and provide details of the confirmed ticket following which, the customer will be provided a One Time Password. The customer can then produce the OTP at the counter and get the refund.
