Sir as we do hav scarcity of staffs but abundant water & hence request hygienic passenger like to u honor wipe clean berth after the train arrives from Washing Line..the scheme also let u part with Clean India Project!!
Toilets are cleaned @ washline but get scribbled the same way as on wall, during travel!!
Right now we are bzy in washing Bedrolls daily along with station washable aprons & train berth & wall graffiti isnt part of clean India Project, as of now..kindly either bear or part-in as freelancer!!

With RSA in place, this train have now less time for all this things. Island which reached CAPE will start to MS in a short interval, and in this interval, cleaning is not taking place properly at CAPE.
Unwanted RSA..
It will be nice, if you raise complaint through twitter so that, they take up steps in future.

CAPE/MS are Secondary maintenance depot...further cleaning (if hppn @ CAPE which i strongly believe would nt b done) TAT @ CAPE is more thn enough & so @ MS....but it may get Wash-Line visit only @ SBC...

Ya. Mostly that day, Island would have been late by 30min or 1hr and 12634 departed without much cleaning..

removing the derogatory graffiti can be done by us ., the next time i see any such ., i will try to make an effort removing it
and yes ., i am not aware why RSA for this train 12634 ., but in my opinion ., two separate racks can be maintained for island express as well as kanyakumari-chennai egmore express
