My take on Rajdhanis:
1. Good idea but starting this till Srinagar from the start and not daily would be better. The frequency can be increased later after more demand.
2. Bhopal already has many pass through Rajdhanis and a dedicated Shatabdi. If we look a pattern, all the near by state capitals of NDLS have a dedicated Shatabdi instead of Rajdhani. So I feel no need of a Rajdhani. An AC express/Humsafar or Duronto can suffice.

more... Both LKO and Patna has Shatabdi/Rajdhani. And PPTA station is not even fit for a superfast train. A Rajdhani for Northeastern state capital can instead run via GKP.
4. Present MAO Rajdhani can be considered for this route and for such frequency.
5. Delhi already has 2 Raj, 1 Duronto, 2 Garib Raths, 1Yuva, 1 Sampark Kranti for Mumbai apart from other trains. One more Rajdhani? JP has a double decker and Shatabdi, ADI has a dedicated Rajdhani.
6. Sure, but by passing LKO & via GKP. It should also by pass Lumding to avoid reversal.
