What about punctuality of 12553/12554 Vaishali Superfast?
Do you agree this that when it previously runs via LJN the punctuallity was better than now, as at LJN reversal of train takes place and E-Loco was get attached to Vaishali SF Express but now it is running via LKO so no revarsal no loco change only one loco WDP-4 of SGUJ shed from BJU - NDLS - BJU but we can not say what is real problem D-loco or E-loco or Signals???

Not always sir. For electric locos, you should consider the power transmission losses right from the power plant til the loco, which will involve 100s of km of OHE wire. When you consider all these factors, there is not much difference in the efficiency between a eloco and a disco.
There are a lot of factors which determine which is more efficient. IR is looking at one side of the coin and there are equally many more people who are also against electrification for the same reason. Its not easy to make a generalised conclusion in this argument.

Your logic about better acceleration will be correct when, instead of running a train with a fixed TT, you tell the LP to run it as fast as he can while obeying signals. In that case, definitely a e loco train will be faster. But here, that is not the case. The train has a fixed time table and no matter how far it accelerates, it cannot depart at a station earlier than its schedule and no matter how early it arrives at a station, it cannot move onto the platform until it gets clearance.

IR mein Gatimaan aur BPL shatabdi hi do trains hai jo loco par dependent hai schedule ke liye. Baaki sab trains sirf signaling and route congestion ki wajah se itne slow aur delayed chal rahe hai. Almost all of IR's locos are running far below what they are capable of.

Ya, but I'm nit generalizing any one about efficiency, generalizing the punctuality of Vaisahli SF is better with WAP-4 than theWDP-4B/4D slightly e-loco better than d-loco while WDP-4B/4D is also good engine.

Sir ji, sirf e-loci laga dene se punctuality nhi ayegi kyonki track ki MPS to utni hi hai. Abhi bju- gkp-lko section ka MPS 100 se 110 hai, utni speed to D-loco me bhi hoti hai. Isliye ab time aa gaya hai ki section ki MPS badhayi jaye aur is section ko class A track me upgrade kiya jaye.
