Good train and great timing for passengers bro, but IR which is in dire straits now and is taking many cunning steps just in order to prop up the sagging revenue generation like:
(1) trying Flexi fares in premium trains
(2) introducing large number of special fare/ Suvidha trains instead of normal fare trains, to arm twist the passengers to cough upmuch higher amount than the normal fares.
(2)...
more... Making all the (52-53kmph avg speed) express trains SF by reducing the timing by a some minutes to make it mandatory 55kmph.
(3) Increasing cost of platform tickets
(4) Increasing the cancellation charges drastically
(5) Increasing the tatkal quota of popular trains
(6) Converting a part of tatkal seats into premium tatkal to jack the cost multiple times.
(7) Stopped alotting reserved berth to children availing discount
(8)Now and then tinkering with tatkal/ cancellation rules and what not,
would be least interested to run a train with 49kmph avg speed and collect the extremely subsidised and ridiculously low ordinary class passenger fares. Revenue generation for this 18 coached train train shall very low and hardly justify allocation of time slot in the saturated and partly single track. An express class train would have been more acceptable to IR bureaucracy.
