रेलवे के बुद्धिजीवियों की मूर्खता का एक बड़ा नमूना है यह फलेक्सी स्कीम । मैंने पिछले महीने ही कहा था कि ये लोग रेल से उसके पैसेंजर को दूर कर देंगे ।
