infrastructural development pe kaam hua hai or ye ek accha kaam hua hai, agar ye doubling, tripling or quadrupling ke kaam pehle ho jaate to congestion namak sabd IR me sunai nahi deta per Trains dene ke samay bharpoor Rajneeti ki gai hai or Back door fare increase ker ke Middle class ko harass kiya gaya or ye sab failures hai govt. ka or Flexi-fare to ''Kand'' hai.

New works are initiated and some works which were slow or very slow their speed have been increases this is the actual thing. If you see they have started ERODE -KARUR-DINDIGUL line electrification in January 2016, plus if you go in Tamil Nadu you can see Chennai Suburban line work was done in in fast pace in September to October due to which Many trains did not touch Chennai central but were diverted via Perambur or Chennai Beach and peoples were transported in Buses to Stations. In past 10 years UPA did not even thought at least once to electrify Delhi-Ahmedabad line. Then we have Itarsi to Allahabad line ,SBC-DAUND electrification, Surendranagar to Rajkot Doubling and now Electrification tender is also out. Don't worry wait for few years till 2019 you can see many works complete all at a same time and then say the achievment of NDA. Kyunki saare kaam...

I was talking about commissioned numbers - GC and New.

Indian Railways commissioned 2828 Km of Broad Gauge lines, highest ever in 2015-16 & 1983 km of Broad Gauge lines in 2014 - 15 against an average of 1528 Km from 2009-14.

did that? Kotturu-Hosapete line is always included but nothing has been done. They are still saying some gradient work needs to be done. Then station work - all in dilapidated condition. All these nos. are given by babus to their bosses, but ground reality - nothing for the people.
-
I can still list out many lines like Rayadurgam-Kalyanadurgam, Gingera-Gangavathi, ......... All get included year after year in achievements. But never inaugurated and thrown open to public giving one reason or another.
-
They only stop including these nos. after actual trains run, till then include every year to bloat nos.
-
I really don't care which govt did what or is doing now or will do....Its the bureaucrats who cook these nos. year after year.... That's what I observed.
