already Garbha & Pratap runs on same slot, though they run perennially late.
Garbha-Pratap reach Kolkata by late afternoon or sometimes at evening.
Whereas this train will surely arrive Gaya and Kolkata with minimal delay as we all know MGS-DHN , its a Speed heaven.

but i believe it should have depart around 10:30-45 from GCT, then BSB & MGS ppl would be got a GN Quota train with good speed.

That would have been very very difficult. I feel then it would have to suffer at the hands of Rajdhani Gang and also to hands of Higher Trains like 12398 and 12322.
Although still BSB timings could have been made bit earlier by reducing the slack between GCT-BSB.
