How many of u support the Idea of introducing delhi-trivandrum humsafar via bza,cbe if there is any plans?

Running a train in konkan route is profit to IR, ie the distance is short and revenue is more.

Yes, and wasting of 1870 km of diesel is also a profit to Indian Railways. Running a diesel engine from Trivandrum to Vadodara. I understand the distance is shorter, but it is only profitable to the passengers of Konkan and Kerala and not to the Tamil Nadu. But on other hands if you just look on the IRI blog that TVC Rajdhani have the worst service in compare to the other Rajdhani and Pantry guys demand Rs.100 and not less than that. I went in Bangalore Rajdhani 2 years back and service was amazing Pantry guys asked for Rs.50, but I gave only 30 he just moved. Then also late I went to Pantry and asked for a juice and ice cream he did not ask from me a penny. Plus they were asking all the passengers who boarded train from Bhopal after 22.00 that do they need dinner.

I am a regular traveller in 12431/32 but with me none of the pantry guy demands for tips. I used to travel with my kid, and the pantry guys used to serve accordingly. They used to provide Hot Milk to Kid in morning evening and night. Regarding Fuel E locos also consumes electricity. If railway runs more trains in Konkan , it means from konkan the revenue is more. and There is a surplus fare in KR trains as the chargable KM is 30% more than the actual route km. So running a train through KR will be profitable for railways.
