Rejoinder :
Facility to book RR is for block of Time : minimum 12 hours and maximum 48 hours :
this is done online for all stations where RR exists
But additionally one more facility by IR has been introduced.
that is of hourly booking of RR...
So far Two stations have been chosen Ahmedabad and Surat for hourly booking of RR
Minimum hours are 3 and maximum are 48
This is facility is for all who either :
1-have short break at station, i.e. they wait for onward train journey and need rest but can not book the RR due to current booking rules.
2- will can not occupy the RR as they have arrived early before 08.00 hours Or after 2000 hours and are forced to stay at waiting room platform waiting lounge or even nearby hotel.
Let us all popularize this facility and avail ourselves whenever needed.
