GR is no More will introduced. if GR is there Humsafar will be not introduced. Understand IR Logic. GR is converted into Humsafar by removing SMB and Adding Additional facilities. And when a train introduced to a destination if additional stops added it will gain revenue. for Example already for NDLS from VSKP 4 trains are there. so go to new destination. And it is good only. Regarding speed and timings is not in the hands of IR TT. It is in the hands of Zonal Railway controllers. If it is in hands of IR TT why in NCR and in other Zones trains run always 3-4 late except Rajdhanis/Shatabdis? In India ?No train cant follow the exact TT as u know.
