For First Class AC, Second Class AC and Third Class AC Bed Roll is included in the price of the ticket and passenger need not pay anything extra for it.
However for Garib Rath Trains having Third AC and Duronto trains having AC 3 Tier Economy, one needs to opt the same while booking the ticket (through PRS or online) with a payment of Rs. 25.

They can also ask the coach attendant for bed rolls in the train. The same will be supplied to the passenger, again on a payment of Rs. 25 (Subject to availability)
The above condition for Garib Rath train also applies for Sleeper Class existing in other trains.
