Seeing the above comments - In Jan, 2 members have told that the video belongs to Mr. Mani Vijay. Till date he has not mentioned it.

Here he is replying in Jan, that he doesn't know who the owner is.

Yes, you are right Third AC came into being later -- around 1993-94 and to best of my knowledge the first train which had third AC was the then Bombay Rajdhani. the Third AC coaches replaced the Ac Chair Car coaches on the Rajdhani
