The train was maybe delayed due to the fog in North India and about the bathroom issue you could have sent a photo to the authorities via WhatsApp,Facebook or Twitter they would have surely responded.
I know there is some reporting system but I don't know the exact procedure and process. Please reply with the details will save them for my upcoming journeys.
I was sleep deprived from a couple of days before my journey and even I was about to run out of my net balance and I had to save some for booking a cab after reaching yesvantpur.
