* Our society has anti social elements in abundance, who in connivance with their political masters, never miss an opportunity to vandalize/damage national property as well as shops, vehicles etc.
* Enaction & strict implementation of laws to impose fine and jail to the persons involved in above acts is necessary. Such persons should be debarred from getting any kind of govt. subsidy.
* Else India shall continue to be a banana republic where law breakers rule the roost!

I welcome your suggestions but then some Leftist Liberals will come and call your (or probably our thought out) rules as fascist, making our Country into a Police State and what not! Attacking individuals or public property in ghettos (groups) through stone pelting or beating up with sticks, etc. is something that started with incidents like Sainbari in Burdwan (1970) which these so-called liberals have forgotten! :(
