A student of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) was allegedly abused by Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officers at the Rajiv Chowk metro station on Thursday evening.
Aman Sinha, a second-year M.A.(History) student, said he was first stopped by CISF staff during the security check as he had his earphones on.
He was then allegedly asked to join the queue again without his earphones on.

was then waiting for my sister, when an officer came and threatened me to not go ahead,” he alleged.
The officers then allegedly took him to an office and asked him about his whereabouts.
When Mr. Sinha said he was from JNU, the officers told him that he had “maligned the image of the country”.
“They also said that they would send us all to Pakistan,” he alleged.
‘Made to apologise’
Later, the student was asked to write an apology mentioning he won’t “hot talk with CISF staff” and “will not indulge in such kind of behaviour”.
Mr. Sinha alleged that he was also forced to exit the station. No complaint has been filed.
The CISF said it would look into the issue if a complaint was received from the student.
