Dee AWR bdts is 1404km long which is only 20 km long than kota route.IR should focus on Delhi Jaipur Ahemdabad Mumbai route rather than Delhi Mathura Kota Mumbai route.Since Delhi Mumbai route via Jaipur Ahemdabad Connects major cities like Ahemdabad Jaipur Ajmer etc.

But already that route is more focused for Delhi-Mumbai trains and trains coming from Kerala,Konkan,Maharashtra pass via Vadodara and take loco change and you know along side of TVC Rajdhani, Mumbai Rajdhani,Goa Rajdhani many trains take that route only. Many trains coming from Konkan,Kerala and going towards Bikaner and Jodhpur and adding more trains towards Delhi will congest that route according to me. For that Railways should think of starting more Jaipur,Ajmer trains via Ahmedabad. The maximum speed which Mumbai Rajdhani catches is almost 140km/hr and you cannot expect the same speed in Ahmedabad-Ajmer-Jaipur-Delhi route max is 120km/hr.

Leave future for a minute now..
Mumbai-Ahmedabad is a Double Electric Line and
Ahmeadbad-Ajmer Single Diesel
Ajmer to Delhi Diesel Double except Alwar-Bandikui Single Diesel
Now
New
...
Delhi-Faridabad Electric Quadruple Line
Faridabad-Mathura- Triple Electric
Mathura-Kota Double Electric.
This is the reason more trains are preferred on that route because of 4 lines and 3 lines and Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Sivaji Bridge 5th and 6 th line under construction.
Yes,in future if railways want they can add more trains via Ahmedabad but to decongest Mathura route is better. Instead Short routes trains are better Ahmedabad-Jaipur, Ahmadabad -Delhi ,Mumbai-Jaipur,Mumbai-Ajmer.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
