I think it was yamuna bridge near old delhi station.
It was constructed in 1863. Earlier it was single.. In 1931 it was converted into double

First railway bridge on river was ganga bridge in Allahabad which abandoned now.
First train in north india was from ald to old kanpur in 1859.
Connectivity to Delhi was done later.
