Azamgarh got only 1 train 11053/54 Azamgarh-LTT since May 2014 that was announced in budget discussion of 2008. It is still available on PIB website - Ministry of Railways dated 30-06-2008. Is this #SabkaSathSabkaVikas?

AMH KOAA bhi 2012 feb/march budget me announced hui thi, 2013 me chali thi.

Yes correct. If i remember correctly almost from 1998 till 2012, the rail ministry was handled by either by a Minister from Bihar( Nitish Kumar, Lalu Yadav , Ram Vilas Paswan) and Bengal ( Mamta Banerjee, Dinesh Trivedi, Mukul Roy [6 nths]. This is almost 14 yrs . Its only been recenty that rail ministry has started moving to other states. In those days Bihar & Bengal were always the biggest gainers. It more or less used to be Rail budget for Bihar or Bengal !!!
