Hi
I have two questions:
1. I am trying to book train tickets on cleartravel, yatra.com etc. They give message "connectivity issues with IRCTC. It seems to be down right now. Does anyone know the reason for this? Is it better to go to a train station to buy the ticket?
2. I want to book train "New Delhi New Jalpaiguri Express/12524" from Rusera...

go an book it from irctc.com itself..or if u r facing difficulties go to nearest PRS counter and book ur tickets...
