1) In article it is stated as 16513 will be made to depart MAQ at 6:20, but as per Current TT, it's arrival itself at MAQ is 6:20, So departure must be either 6:40 or SWR (Slack) & SR (Constraints) both should agree for early arrival at MAQ (6:00).
2) If SWR/SR both agree for 6:00 arrival @ MAQ, then it may get hold at MAQ Outer for 56640 MAO Passenger.
3) The Present slot of 16513 between MAQ - KAWR is based on 11098 Poorna weekly slot (which trails behind 56640 MAO Passenger all the way upto MAO), So if early departure it should either Overtake 56640 Passenger in KR or trail behind 56640 Passenger, which will make it late equivalent to current TT.
4) Lastly, Doubt on both SR & KR, Even if it departs early from MAQ, it may get hold up at MAJN (SR) or in KR Stations for crossing south bound trains, making no change in TT afterwards.
Example: 16515 departure from MAJN was advanced by 30 mins, but barring First stop of KR, Surathkal (Advanced by 12 mins), there is no change in TT afterwards. SR holds 16515 till 12432 Raj arrival at MAJN, making 16515 depart most times at 18:00 (Actual 17:30).
