I wanted to long post my journey post with train, from 1992 to 1998-99:
1. I was a frequent traveller by this train from Shaktinagar/Singrauli to Allahabad and Lucknow. Those days it had 2-3 Sleeper coach and 1 first class coach. Hardly a rack of 11-12 coaches.
2. I would usually board it from Shaktinagar were my father was posted with NTPC. It would start sharp near 5 PM. Next stations of Bina, Anpara and Obra. It would reach Chopan, biggest station those times in this track by 9 PM.

more... Crossing wit Muri express was usual near Robertsganj.
4. It would reach Chunar near 12 AM and was placed on adjacent track where Down triveni express (From Lucknow to Singrauli) would wait.
5. Loco from down triveni (Electric WAM 4) would get attach while Diesel loco will get attach to Down Triveni express.
6. Brutal overtakes would happen by Rajdhani gang at Chunar. I used to watch 3 Rajdhani overtaking and another 2-3 Rajdhani cruising towards MGS.
7. It would reach Allahabad by 4 to 5 AM. I usually would get down at Allahabad when announcement used to happen for arrival of Prayagraj express.
8. Once I travelled all the way till lucknow to reach by around 10 AM.
9. Train would be packaged usually as few sleeper coach would get full very quickly. Many times I ad to travel in GS coach as reservations would not be available.
10. Usual case of robbery would always get reported.
11. Usual link would be WDM 2 A (a picture similar attached), generally Patratu Shed.
The best part always remained the speed it would travel from Chunar to Allahabd with an Electric loco and sheer sound of electric loco. This train will always remain my favorite.
