RSA trains are more preferred by IR for LHB as it increases percent of conversion in their records. Hence, 1 rake is being used by 2 or 3 trains which are weekly or biweekly with no special crowd mostly. Instead, IR should first give it to daily heavyweights SF trains. Many are with only 2 rakes overnight trains. So they can be converted. Or trains which have 3-4 rakes, still IR can at least begin to concert those rakes. At least 1-2 rakes can be converted at initial stage. That is useful. Like 12810, 12860, 12655, 12834 etc. They have more halts, more crowd and long rake. LHB is must for these kind of trains first rather than giving it to weekly trains with very few halts. They can cover up the speed and also, they have less crowd.
